Lupa Osteria requires franchisees to contribute R3 million of their own unencumbered capital toward the business setup. This capital must come from existing cash reserves and may not be financed through a bond, credit card, or any other form of borrowing.
As a prospective Lupa franchise owner, you will also need to contact your bank to obtain finance approval.
